ALAI – Real Estate Assessments is a project started in 2011 by André Leal, as Real Estate Appraiser Expert.
Graduated from the Escola Superior deACTIVes Imobiliárias (ESAI), André Leal is a real estate appraiser certified by the CMVM and a member of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (ANAI). With the complement of CEFA – Certified European Financial Analyst – and Post-Graduation in Financial Analysis by ISEG, all the necessary conditions were created to create ALAI – Assessments Imobiliárias and thus provide a serious, rigorous and transparent work.
The current increasingly demanding environment has shown a set of new needs, both for individuals, as well as for financial institutions - Banks and Insurance Companies, where the activity of Real Estate Appraiser becomes essential for the correct and transparent functioning of the market .
The objective of ALAI – Valuations Imobiliárias is to maintain its level of demand and professionalism, in all the reports presented, and to be a reference brand in the national market, in the field of property valuation.
